What we do
We look for founder- and family-owned businesses in the UK and Ireland where the owner has built something genuinely worth preserving and is beginning to think about what comes next.
Our interest is long-term stewardship, not short-term extraction. We do not buy businesses to restructure, relocate, or rebrand them. We buy them because we believe in what they have built, and we want to see that continue.
We work across niche manufacturing and engineering, where decades of accumulated knowledge, customer trust, and technical excellence create businesses that are genuinely hard to replicate. These are rarely businesses you will find in an auction process. They are found through relationships, patience, and a genuine understanding of how they work.

The team
We combine operating experience in industrial and technical manufacturing with a decade of structured finance and principal investing in London.
Our operating partner has spent his career in industrial and medical manufacturing across Europe and Asia: leading commercial strategy in regulated markets, building customer relationships with global OEMs, and working inside the day-to-day realities of manufacturing businesses. Our capital partner has spent a decade in investment banking and principal investing in London, with experience spanning opportunistic credit, structured equity, and asset-backed transactions across the UK and Ireland.
